Refund Policy

At Dapper Club Madras, we offer a 7-day return and exchange policy. You have 7 days from receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, unused, with tags intact, and in its original packaging. Please provide the receipt or proof of purchase. If you're unsatisfied with the fit or size, you can exchange the product within 10 days from the delivery date.

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days, with a Rs. 100 return handling charge deducted. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If your order is incomplete, damaged, or defective, notify us within 48 hours with product images. You can process the return or exchange via our returns center, and we’ll work to resolve the issue promptly.

Certain items such as socks and underwear are final sale due to hygiene reasons. We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please reach out if you have questions about a specific item.
